Our recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. This means that we take a percentage of the salary offered to the candidate as our fee for finding and placing them in the role. The exact percentage may vary depending on the service package and terms agreed upon with the client. For example, our Standard service package includes a 15% fee of the candidate’s full-time annual salary.

We offer refunds with some of our plans. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for more information on our refund policy.

Yes, this level of service is part of our Premium package and can be added on to any of our other service packages for an additional fee. We understand that every client has unique needs, and we are happy to work with you to provide customized services to help you find the best candidates for your team. Just let us know what additional services you require, and we will provide you with a quote.

Yes, it is possible to hire a part-time candidate through our services. However, please note that the placement fee will be calculated as if you were hiring a full-time candidate based on a percentage of their first-year salary.

Depending on the role and our current workload, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We understand the importance of filling the position quickly and will do our best to keep you updated throughout the process.
